Inks are pressed firmly into the fibres using heat, meaning our items are machine wash at 30°C. (we do not use transfers on our clothes so there will be no cracking or peeling of designs)

Once your item has been posted, you will be notified via email from Etsy. Delivery times are usually accurate, but the odd delay in the postal system can happen, which is out of our control. There is the option for faster postage at the checkout for all UK customers, which will be sent using Tracked 24 with Royal mail – this is for delivery, not dispatch.

Personalised items are exempt from refunds due to postal delays but will be refunded if Royal Mail considers these lost which is usually 10 working days after they should have arrived. These will of course be refunded to you.
